Impressed how you found time for me when I had such a straightforward issue that could ideally have been dealt with elsewhere. My daughter was worried I’d not have done anything until my problem became infected

Great service by the NHS. I didn’t have to wait long and results were clear and anything I asked was explained to me.

Only issue - being told (bluntly) by nurse applying a temporary arm cast that she could pull up tight leggings one-handed, so I could also. I couldn’t, needed help, was made to feel stupid.

I find computer triage by a clerical officer to determine which service you are seem by disgraceful. This low level triage has been taken too far we ended up paying £600 for a private MRI scan to make a correct diagnosis
